- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Management is AWFUL. They are rude, manipulative, unapologetic, and the maturity level of their actions speaks mountains. We moved into this place without it being properly cleaned, specifically the carpet, which was mentioned on the move in sheet. When we moved out (after 6 months) we were charged a standard cleaning fee and an additional carpet cleaning fee! Even though it was not cleaned when we moved in and we left it cleaner than the original state. This is just ONE scenario. Renters BEWARE!!!!!By chelsea goode, October 09, 2017
